Meet Kristen, Leigh & Paige
3 generations, working together!
Born & raised in Winnipeg, we are seasoned real estate agents with over 60 years of combined experience and your satisfaction is our top priority! Buying or selling a home is a big decision – we understand how much trust our clients put in us and we reflect that in our service. 90% of our business comes from referrals and repeat clients and their confidence in the services we provide has helped us stay in the top 2-5% of Royal LePage agents nationwide since 2007.
As realtors, our priority is our clients and to make sure that with every sale and/or purchase they’re completely satisfied. We love helping our clients navigate the ins and outs of what can be a complicated process and they can count on us to be there every step of the way so that it’s a fun, easy & stress-free experience. In 2002, I made the decision to join my mom in Real Estate and was fully licensed in January 2003. I love my career as a Realtor as it allows me to meet and work with wonderful people, often making lasting friendships along the way. I feel privileged to work with both my mom & my oldest daughter, not something a lot of people can say. We each bring something unique to the team and it's a good thing we all get along!
Family is very important to me and I'm lucky to have a very close one. My husband and I have 3 terrific kids (all adults now) & two fun loving Shelties, Luna and Maple. We enjoy spending quality time together; game nights, walks in the park, cheering on our home town teams & going on memorable vacations. Halloween is a big deal at our house and is probably my favourite holiday.
Leigh Nanton

With over 40 years of experience as a successful realtor in Winnipeg, I love what I do and I love my city. Our licence plates say Friendly Manitoba and that perfectly describes the residents of the Keystone province. Whatever your interests are, everything you could imagine is here to enjoy - from professional & minor league sports to cultural events, to restaurants, to beautiful parks.
My husband and I are Winnipeg Jets fans, love to travel and spending time with our children and grandchildren. Working with my daughter and granddaughter in a family business is a true pleasure and our clients know that they have someone available to assist them at all times.
Paige Bilodeau

With both my Mom and my Grandma in the business, it was very easy for me to become interested in real estate. By the age of 15, I had decided that when I grew up I wanted to join their team. After high school, I went to the University of Manitoba where I got my degree in Sociology and then proceeded to work in retail.
In March of 2018 I was hired as Kristen & Leigh's administrative assistant and I spent 5 years learning everything I could from them. I officially became a licensed realtor in February of 2023 and am excited to work with clients and help them achieve their real estate goals. I'm incredibly fortunate to have such great mentors and I will do everything I can to become the best agent possible with their guidance for the sake of our clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing baseball, cheering on the Jets, taking my dogs to the dog park, hitting up Winnipeg's food scene and hanging out with friends and family.
